ShopperTrak is Moving its Global Headquarters to the Tallest Building in the Western Hemisphere
ShopperTrak, the world leader in people counting technology and foot traffic analysis, has outgrown its global headquarters in downtown Chicago and is moving – but not far.
Actually, ShopperTrak is moving only about four-tenths of a mile down the street to Willis Tower, the tallest building in the western hemisphere. Willis Tower, located at 233 South Wacker Drive, is 1,450 feet and 110 stories tall. The skyscraper contains more 3.8 million square feet of retail and office space.
ShopperTrak, which employs more than 200 people and is adding staff at a fast rate, will lease 52,450 square feet of space in the tower.
In speaking to Chicago Real Estate Daily about the decision, ShopperTrak founder and executive vice president, Bill Martin, said, “We're bursting at the seams here. It gives us good room for growth.”
ShopperTrak has more than 50,000 managed people counting and foot traffic devices located across 74 countries. In addition to its global headquarters, the company maintains international regional offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; London; Berlin; Limonest, France; Tokyo; and Shenzhen, China;
