ShopperTrak is on Rapid Pace of Innovation in the People Counting Industry
Last Week, at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Convention & EXPO, ShopperTrak Rolled Out Two New Technologies to Enhance Its People Counting Technology and Foot Traffic Analysis System
ShopperTrak is never content, never satisfied, never complacent. We are always looking for, and creating and building, ways to better serve our clients and to provide them with more value and competitive advantage.
Technology, of course, is a keystone of the success of ShopperTrak and how we help and enable retailers the world over to improve operations and increase sales and profits.
ShopperTrak has been busy this month with technology launches and enhancements to its people counting and foot traffic system.
Last week, in New York City, at the 102nd Annual National Retail Federation (NRF) Convention & EXPO, ShopperTrak announced its rollout of two new technologies: an enhanced web-based reporting portal and an interior counting feature.
“These new technologies and enhancements to ShopperTrak service provide our clients with powerful insights into and analysis tools that assist them in better understanding consumer activity within their stores,” said ShopperTrak Chief Marketing Officer Ed Marcheselli. “When retailers better understand shopper behavior, they are better able to serve customers, and to convert shoppers to buyers, and grow customer loyalty.”
